工作职责：

This role is mainly responsible for PaaS product feature requirement details and delivery. Working with customers/users and engineering team to discover and flush out requirements and business intention behind each feature.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for analyzing and driving the PaaS product features can be delivered on time by analyzing customer feedback, market needs, DerbySoft SaaS needs, competitor trends and internal business needs.
Collaborate with product manager, engineering and UI/UX teams to ensure product features are designed and delivered according to defined business requirements and quality standards.
Maintain feature backlog and work with product manager to review and prioritize items into the product sprint
Work with product manager to conduct sprint planning, sprint kick-off, attend daily stand ups, and review end of sprint demos
Enable implementation and operation teams by working with product operation to delivering necessary trainings and supporting documents
Track and monitor product success metrics, including but not limited to revenue, cost, margin, and market share
Collect customer feedback as feedback loop to improve and iterate the product
Participate in training as assigned by the company

任职资格：

Bachelor’s Degree or above
Excellent verbal and written English are a must.
Ability to work across time zones especially with the PM based out of the US.
Previous experience working for Online Travel Industry a plus
Understand APIs and previous experience working with managing APIs
Familiarity with JSON and XML
Willing to keep ahead of industry trends
Experienced in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to negotiate conflicting objectives and create alignment across functional teams.
