SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Strategy and Operations Analysis team is currently within the CEO’s office, reporting directly to the CEO, and
plays a crucial role by providing actionable data insights, reports, and tools for key business decisions to major
stakeholders, driving strategy formulation and execution.
As a Senior Business Analyst, your role includes acquiring, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing business data.
You'll use these skills to manage data from collection to implementation, communicate with business leaders
and team members to understand their needs and the business model, and describe business issues through
key performance indicators. You'll identify bottlenecks and opportunities through data analysis and effectively
communicate insights and findings to business leaders and senior management. Additionally, you'll create
data dashboards that meet business requirements, demonstrating proficiency in tools like Excel, VBA,
PowerBI, and Metabase.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Gain in-depth understanding of the business, collaborate with the BI team to complete sales performance
measurement, ROI measurement and strategy output through statistical modeling and data analysis.
● Establish a measurement analysis framework and indicator system applicable to all business units
worldwide.
● Summarize the demands of all business units, cooperate with the BI team to build and maintain the
databases of each business unit.
● Transform business problems into data problems, establish an analysis framework, use statistical
modeling to analyze data, visualize the results and integrate them into dashboards and reports, and
output and communicate data conclusions.
● Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams for project cooperation, provide business-side data
support for strategy teams at all levels and each business unit, and determine the direction of business
advancement.
● Generate data reports for global business summaries and planning, support business decisions, and
promote the formulation, implementation and optimization of the company's strategy.
● Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
● Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.
● Keep updated on industry and market trends.
● Participate in training as assigned by the company

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
● Master’s degree or above in math, business, statistics, data science, computer science, applied
mathematics or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years data analysis or business analysis experience, IT&T industry is preferred.
● Familiar with SQL, Python and visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and be able to
complete data extraction, analysis and visualization in complex data environments.
● Have certain experience in applying data to business, and have professional ability to write analysis
reports.
● Be able to quickly understand technical and non-technical business requirements, convey data insights,
analyze the resulting impacts, and propose solutions.
● Understand basic data warehouse concepts and be able to efficiently integrate multiple data sources
during the data query process.
● Have strong logical thinking, be good at analyzing problems and thinking outside the box.
● Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, and be good at establishing connections and cooperation
with cross-functional departments.
● Quick learner and detail oriented. Have creativity and be passionate about work
