工作职责：

Job Summary
This team is responsible for DerbySoft representation in industry organizations as appropriate and promoting the DerbySoft name as an industry leader. Serves as liaisons between DerbySoft and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction while increasing company revenue.
Business Executive is responsible to provide the end to end client service including RFP&Quotation, requirements gathering, connection design (if needed), Implementation and testing (including launch sign-off and check-list), documentation, operations training and hand-off post pilot. This person will work directly with the senior of the client manager team to exceed targeted revenue goals and successfully work in a team-oriented environment.

What will you do?
Take the ownership of all-round services response and support during the end to end client service process of connections and customized projects.
● Lead and conduct the client communication meeting cooperating with internal teams.
● Liaise with solution engineers and/or engineers on issues/bugs for quick resolution for the client
● Understand and research error reports to share with clients
● Escalate very complex issues with various connectivity to relevant departments within DerbySoft
● Manage internal priorities and coordinate project schedules with engineers, client managers and other internal teams
● Ensure project run smoothly, deadlines are met, coordinate with internal teams and external clients
Maintain and develop client relationships.
● Host regular calls, review meetings, or face to face meetings with clients
● Have full understanding of client's business and needs
● Develop new business opportunities by maximizing current connections to ensure continued growth

任职资格：

What do we need?
● 5+ years client service working experience in travel / hospitality / travel distribution industry, or IT/Software/Internet industry is a big plus.
● Experience of facing and managing international clients independently is required.
● Strong client facing willingness and ability is required.
● Proven track record of success meeting revenue goals and managing multiple clients/multi tasks.
● Fluent verbal and written English skills are required.
● Familiar with technical development/ agile development is preferred.
● Project Management skill is preferred.
