Senior System Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to 24/7 online support; Daily tasks like application upgrades and database management; Build, maintain and improve the system tools independently, participation in automation design, and coding of technical documents. This role will be also involved in troubleshooting, security compliance assessment, research of new technologies, network infrastructure management, and communication across departments.

Fulfill 7x24 on duty to solve online failures in time
7x24 值班,及时解决线上故障
Complete daily assigned work, including application upgrades, database management, etc.
完成日常分配的应用升级，数据库管理等工作
Independently complete the construction, maintenance and improvement to the common online application environment and internal tools of system operation and maintenance
独立完成普通线上应用环境，系统运维内部工具的搭建、维护和完善等工作
Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues affecting system performance and availability
监控并排除影响系统性能和可用性的网络相关问题
Participate in the design, maintenance and improvement of operation and maintenance automation tools
参与运维自动化工具的设计、维护和完善工作
Compile operational technical documents
编写操作类技术文档

任职资格：

Bachelor's degree, Computer science major is preferred
大学本科，计算机专业优先考虑；
3+ years' working experience in Linux system operation and maintenance, familiar with the daily maintenance operations of mainstream databases; 1+ year experience in AWS cloud platform operation and maintenance is preferred.
三年及以上Linux系统运维相关工作经验，熟悉主流数据库日常维护操作。有1年以上AWS云平台运维经验者优先。
Solid understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN configurations
具备扎实的网络基础知识，包括TCP/IP、防火墙、负载均衡器和VPN配置
Computer professional certificate (e.g.: RHCE, AWS Certified) is preferred, etc.
计算机专业类证书如RHCE, AWS Certified等优先考虑
Basic listening, reading and writing skill in the workplace (English)
英语，大学四级以上，工作场合能完成基本的听、读、写
