工作职责：

Job Summary
As the Project Manager, the role will collaborate closely with Clients, the Business Team, the Engineering Team and other stakeholders, to manage projects by clarifying goals, building project plans, identifying potential risks for different stages, solving project issues, pushing forward the progress and delivering projects on time.
The role will also quantitative team efficiency and offer optimization suggestions regarding team cooperation process in order to reduce communication gap and increase project value.

What will you do?
Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of local and cross-regional projects, with primary project footprint in China and partial initiatives based in France.
Own the full project lifecycle including initialing, planning, monitoring, closure and maintenance, key deliverables cover supporting project charter, buildingWBS, aligning cross-functional resources, facilitating kick-off meeting, tracking milestone progress, mitigating project risks, controlling budget expenditure, compiling periodic project reports, and optimizing standardized process assets.
Serve as the primary single point of contact for all client communications; proactively maintain consistent, constructive alignment between China domestic division and international headquarters teams, resolve cross-departmental divergences and smooth cross-regional collaboration barriers.
Conduct regular structured project recap sessions and submit standardized progress summaries to internal stakeholders and client counterparts, transparently updating status, highlighting risks & roadblocks, and proposing actionable mitigation plans.
Bridge communication gaps between Chinese local business & technical teams and overseas international teams, synchronize requirement consensus, clarify accountability boundaries, and secure sustained mutual trust across regional departments.

What do we need?
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of project management experience;
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to negotiate project needs with native English customers and colleagues; French language skills are a plus.
Have a strong sense of result orientation, clear thinking logic, independently solve project obstacles and achieve project goals;
Have excellent communication ability and skills, and coordinate good cooperative relations with customers, engineering teams and other stakeholders;
Have excellent project management skills, master at least one common project management tool, such as Monday, Trello, Jira, etc., to realize the digitalization of project management and improve the transparency of project management;
Have experience in multi project management, integrate and optimize resource utilization, and efficiently handle multi project work in parallel;
IT related professional background is required.
Relevant experience in the hotel/hospitality sector is required.
Have a PMP certificate. Agile certificate is preferred;
