工作职责：

Job Summary

The DerbySoft Project Management Office is responsible for coordinating with relevant teams by applying professional project management skills, to ensure projects are delivered as quality, cost, schedule in order to meet requirements internally and externally.
As the Project Manager, the role will collaborate closely with Clients, the Business Team, the Engineering Team and other stakeholders, to manage projects by clarifying requirements and goals, building project plans, identifying potential risks for different stages, solving project issues, pushing forward the progress and delivering projects on time.
The role will also quantitative team efficiency and offer optimization suggestions regarding team cooperation process in order to reduce communication gap and increase project value.

What will you do?
Be responsible for local and cross regional projects（mainly in China, but some in US and Europe)
Be responsible for project bidding, planning, monitoring, closure and maintenance, including but not limited to support project charter, generate WBS, coordinate the resources, hold the kick-off meeting, progress tracking, risk control, cost management, and related process assets enhancement.

任职资格：

What do we need?
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of project management experience;
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to negotiate project needs with native English customers and colleagues;
Have a strong sense of result orientation, clear thinking logic, independently solve project obstacles and achieve project goals;
Have excellent communication ability and skills, and coordinate good cooperative relations with customers, engineering teams and other stakeholders;
Have excellent project management skills, master at least one common project management tool, such as Monday, Trello, Jira, etc., to realize the digitalization of project management and improve the transparency of project management;
Have experience in multi project management, integrate and optimize resource utilization, and efficiently handle multi project work in parallel;
IT related professional background is preferred.
Have a PMP certificate. Agile certificate is preferred;
