We are seeking a motivated and analytically-minded intern to join our team in operating a hotel rate parity tool. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data analysis, technology, and the dynamic hotel industry. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our tool's accuracy and effectiveness, directly impacting our business and client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality tech, data operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do
Data Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis: Assist in monitoring rate parity discrepancies across hotel distribution channels, analyze potential root cause of price mismatches, and escalate outstanding cases that require senior attention.
Case Verification & Investigation: Assist in making test bookings on OTA(Online Travel Agency) websites to verify the accuracy of identified rate parity issues, upload evidence for each case.
Insight Generation & Reporting: Assist in providing actionable insights/reports on recurring issues, patterns, or systemic problems.
Cross-Functional Communication & Support: Assist in communicating findings and necessary actions clearly to internal business teams (e.g., engineers, client managers, product team). Follow up diligently on the status of each case through to resolution, ensuring a closed-loop process.
Tool & Process Improvement: Learn the intricacies of the rate parity tool and suggest potential improvements to monitoring rules or processes based on frontline observations.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English. Able to explain technical issues in a simple, actionable way to non-technical teams.
Ability to quickly grasp new software tools, complex processes, and industry-specific terminology.
Comfortable with web navigation, online forms, and basic data handling. Ability to spot patterns in data.
Demonstrated interest in and basic understanding of the hotel/travel industry
